PomoLatte is a clean, lightweight Pomodoro timer for your desktop. Work in focused sprints, take proper breaks, and get more done without burning out - all from a tiny window that stays out of your way.
Set how long you want to focus, hit start, and PomoLatte guides you through work sessions and breaks automatically. It runs fully offline, starts instantly, and keeps your stats on your own computer.
Highlights
- Your own rhythm - set the length of focus sessions, short breaks, and long breaks exactly how you like them.
- Runs on autopilot - choose how many focus rounds come before a long break, and let the app flow from one session to the next without any clicking.
- Gentle reminders - desktop notifications and a choice of alert sounds (use your own audio files if you want) let you know the moment a session ends. Optional ticking sound helps you stay in the zone.
- Looks the way you like - multiple light and dark themes that can follow your system automatically, so the timer always feels right day or night.
- See your progress - track completed Pomodoros by day, week, and all time, with a streak counter and an activity heatmap to keep you motivated.
- Lives in your menu bar / tray - a small tray icon shows your timer progress at a glance, and the window can tuck away when you minimize or close it.
- Keyboard friendly - start, pause, skip, reset, and adjust volume with shortcuts that work even when the app isn't in focus.
- Speaks your language - available in English, German, Spanish, French, Japanese, Portuguese, Turkish, and Chinese.
- Stays out of the cloud - everything works offline and your data stays on your device. No account needed to use the timer.
How it works
Open PomoLatte, pick your focus and break lengths, and press start. The timer counts down your focus session, then nudges you into a break - short breaks between rounds, a longer one after a few rounds. When you're ready for hands-off focus, turn on auto-start and the app handles every transition for you.
Every finished session is saved automatically, so the Statistics view can show how much you've focused over time. Settings, themes, and your history are stored locally on your computer.
