BrewKit is a pocket of fast, no-fuss tools for everyday work - convert, compress, generate and tidy up files without hunting for a website or installing a dozen apps.
Pick a tool from the sidebar, drop in a file, and get the result. Everything runs on your Mac - nothing is uploaded.
Highlights
- A whole PDF toolkit - merge, split, compress, rotate, delete pages, or build a PDF from images.
- Image convert & compress - PNG / JPG / WebP with a live size comparison, resize one image or a whole folder, rotate / flip, or strip EXIF & GPS metadata.
- Images to GIF - drop frames in order and build an animated GIF.
- Generators - QR codes, strong passwords, UUIDs, and multi-size favicon.ico files.
- Developer helpers - JSON formatter, Base64 / URL / HTML encode, SHA hashes, JWT decoder and a text diff.
- Text & color - word / character counter, case converter, palette builder and HEX / RGB / HSL converter.
- Office, in the café - Word, Excel and PowerPoint open in DocCafe, SheetCafe and SlideCafe so the suite feels like one product.
- Native print - send any document or image to the system print panel, with a real preview and "Save as PDF".
How it works
Tools live in a tidy sidebar, grouped by what you need - Documents, PDF, Image, Generators, Text, Encode & Hash and Color. Drag a file (or a folder) onto the window, tweak a couple of options, and save. Batch jobs run across all your CPU cores, and a "Show" button jumps straight to the saved file. Light and dark follow your system.
Perfect for
- Quick file chores - the "I just need to compress this PDF or resize this image" moments, without a sketchy free website.
- Anyone sending documents - merge attachments, shrink images before emailing, or print to PDF.
- Developers and makers - Base64, JSON, hashes, JWT, UUIDs, colours and favicons always within reach.
- People who value privacy - every tool runs locally, no uploads.
