Bartender: A Cleaner Menu Bar

Bartender puts a small dot in your menu bar. Hold Command and drag any icon left of that dot, and it disappears. Click the chevron or hit the shortcut and everything comes back. Nothing gets quit. Nothing stops running. The apps just stop cluttering your screen.

It works in two modes. The default in-place mode needs zero permissions: Command-drag to move icons around, scroll to reveal hidden ones, and that's basically it. The second mode, BarKeep Bar, is a separate collapsible row under the menu bar that needs Accessibility and Screen Recording permissions. It's there if you want it.

BreathBloom: Guided Breathing With a Visual Pacer

BreathBloom is a guided breathing timer. Pick a pattern: box breathing, 4-7-8, Wim Hof, or a custom cycle. Watch a bloom open and close at the pace you're supposed to follow.

The session takes over the window. The bloom expands, holds, and contracts. The phase name sits underneath it. A thin bar at the bottom shows how far through you are. Holds on empty lungs count up instead of down, so you're never waiting for a countdown on zero air.

DocConvert: Drop a File, Get It Back in Any Format

DocConvert is exactly what it sounds like. Drop in a document: DOCX, PDF, EPUB, MOBI, HTML, RTF, ODT, or plain text. Get it back in the format you need. No cloud processing, no account, no upload. Everything happens on your Mac.

It handles batch conversion too. Drop a folder of files and it processes them all in one go. The interface is a single window with a drop zone and a format picker.

DocConvert is now live in Frappe (Connectivity & Data Tools). Included with any getapps.cafe subscription.

TinyImage: Compress Images, Free

TinyImage shrinks PNG, JPEG, and WebP files without visible quality loss. It's now on the menu in Cold Brew (Focus & Productivity) and also available On the House as a free app.

Drag images onto the window, pick your quality preset, and TinyImage optimizes them. The original files stay untouched. TinyImage always saves to a new location by default. Batch processing, format conversion between PNG/JPEG/WebP, and a live before-and-after size comparison are all built in.
