Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?
Yes. The 7-day trial runs through Stripe, so a card is added when it starts - nothing is charged during the trial. Cancel before it ends and you are never billed.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your membership begins automatically and the card is charged for the plan and billing period you picked. We show you the exact date before you start, and it stays on your account page for the whole trial.
How do I cancel?
From your account page, in two clicks - during the trial or any time after. Cancelling during the trial means no charge at all. Cancelling later keeps your access until the end of the period you already paid for.
What is the difference between Solo Cup and Family Roast?
The apps are identical - the difference is how many computers can use them. Solo Cup licenses one device, Family Roast licenses five, which you can share with people you live with.
